Daily Field Logs, Log Books, or Daily Diaries capture site activities conducted during the day. Especially for environmental sampling, inspection, or remediation projects, its important to note all the activities happening at the site along with the time.

Daily Field Log is broken into two sections
Form Header Information
The header section contains information such as contractors and contractor personnel working at the site, along with their in and out times. You can record weather and equipment present at the site. The header section also has a text area to enter a work summary for the day.
Daily Observations
The observations section contains all your activity details. Create a new set for every entry, and attach photos or drawings to your notes, which get added to the Daily Log automatically. You can also use voice typing to speed up your note taking and avoid typing.
